- Where are you located?
We are located at 340 Memorial Avenue, about 1/4 of a mile on right after Taco Bell.
- What are your hours?
Our hours are Mon., Tues., Wed., & Friday from 9am-5pm and Sat., 9am-2pm. If you are planning on using insurance, contact billing office during the weekday.
- What insurances to you contract with?
Blue Cross/Blue Shield of MA, Health New England, Tufts, CIGNA, Neigborhood Health, Harvard Pilgrim, Fallon Health, BMC Healthnet, MassHealth and will take most Medicare on Assignment.
- Will my insurance cover this?
Most insurances cover only items that have a HCPC Codes sought after by the manufacturers as durable medical equipment/orthotics & prosthetics. However, more recently codes may not be recognized by the insurance companies as a medically necessary product. Footit Health Care Store spends thousands of dollars each year to have the most up-to-date billing system and software support to compliment our experienced medical billing staff who deal with hundreds of claims a month.
We make every effort to make your purchase qualify for insurance reimbursement to either Footit Health Care Store or you.
